Please remember you do need a referral for Custom orthotics with a medical diagnosis to avoid taxes and for benefit providers, referral is not needed if paying out of pocket. A referral is also needed for Compression socks stating the diagnosis, compression level, knee high, thigh high or pantyhose. NOTE: There is a $25 fee for any missed or less than 24hr cancellation for any orthotic appointments (follow up/adjustments).
